**About the role**

This role is a Permanent, Full-time position (37.5 hours/week)

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a donor liaison or customer service role. You will have a high attention to detail and be able to use your initiative to problem solve.

You will be a team player but able to work autonomously and identify improvements to the overall donor experience.

**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**

**Essential Skills**:

- Experience in a fundraising, customer service or administrative environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including well-developed telephone and electronic communication skills
- Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office suite

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience in a fundraising environment
- Experience working with fundraising CRM systems
