We are looking for a Portfolio Manager who can support the Group in accelerating new technology development and faster conversion into business and societal value.

This is a great opportunity to be working with R&D and Innovation Leaders from across the Group and Finance on architecting and building a Group-wide approach to reporting on the overall R&D and Innovation portfolio and generating deep insights on how and where to rethink and strengthen approach.

Reporting to the Strategy and Portfolio Senior Manager within the Innovation Science and Technology Group, you will be:

- Partnering with the Group-wide R&D Leads, PMOs and teams, Finance to oversee development of robust valuations
- Clearing and reporting on delivery
- Shaping portfolio
- Analyzing and delivering guidance on opportunities to better inform decision making at all levels of the Group involved in R&D
- You will additionally play a key role in helping to support the Innovation Leadership Team (ILT) and participate heavily in key Group planning processes including SPR and APR support for R&D across the Group
