Marketing and Communications Manager

**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to meet company goals and objectives.
- Advise the leadership team on effective marketing and communication strategies to grow the company footprint.
- Support sales and business growth through marketing initiatives that successfully promote Edified’s products and services.
- Use knowledge of traditional and modern media to enhance the company’s visibility in the global education sector.
- Coordinate production and design of campaign artwork and collateral within budget and time constraints.
- Conduct market research for existing and new products and services to gauge customer awareness and preference.
- Analyse data from digital campaigns and recommend digital content updates and improvements.
- Maintain the CRM and customer data.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance including tactical performance, what is working and what is not, new marketing/promotional ideas or opportunities, and progress towards strategic goals.

**What you bring**:

- A bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing and/or communications.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, comms or a related field.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, customer experience and digital marketing strategies.
- Adept at using the marketing and CRM tool HubSpot.
- Demonstrable history and experience working effectively in a team to execute agreed strategies.
- Prior experience leading teams and projects, with a track record of driving results.
- Fantastic verbal and written communications skills.
- Design skills and knowledge of project management tools such as Canva, Adobe, Asana.
- High level of professionalism, ownership and accountability in both independent and team settings.
- Ability to give and take constructive criticism.
- Proficiency in a second language other than English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate our international team, clients and partners.
- Living the values of the organisation.
- An understanding of customer mindset, complemented by previous experience in a B2B client facing role is desirable.
