- In this role, based at our North Ryde Laboratory working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, you will be an essential part of our professional and friendly Doctor Maintenance team. Your primary responsibility will be the timely and efficient management of our database of doctors and hospitals.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Reporting to the **Data Entry People Leader**, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Employ problem solving to manage and administer the database of doctors, medical practices, and hospitals
- Field phone calls from Doctors and Medical Practices
- Liaise with Medical Liaison Officers, Department heads, Pathologists and other key external stakeholders
- Contact doctors, medical practices and hospitals to confirm up-to-date doctor and patient information
- Input all appropriate information into our system accurately and efficiently
- Cross skill into Dr Maintenance in other brands within Healius group (e.g. Dorovitch, QML etc)
- Be part of implementing process improvement and change initiatives
