**The Client**:
Locally recognised as a top business & boasting a great reputation within the Inner Bayside area - this company is seeking a Receptionist who is driven to get their foot in the door and begin a career in Property Management.

**The Role**:
Monday - Friday, this role will see you utilising your administration skills.

We are seeking someone bright and diligent to be the face of the business, welcoming all clients who walk through the door. As the first point of contact, your day to day responsibilities will include both admin and sales support:

- Answering and diverting calls
- Meeting & Greeting Clients
- Mail, banking, filing
- General support
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
- Database management
- Diary management
- Organise marketing, photography, and floor plans
- Manage social media marketing
- Diligent with high attention to detail
- Immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- MUST HAVE VIC AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE CERTIFICATE or Equivalent
