**What we’re looking for**

You’ll be responsible for general marketing and communication tasks with primary responsibility for Affinity’s Paid digital strategy. The primary function of this role is to generate new business enquiries and leads for our childcare centres and recruitment vacancies, driving traffic and optimal performance and Return on Investment while maintaining and improving the quality of Affinity’s organic content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube, as well as owning and setting up in-depth tracking, analytics and developing overarching strategies to capitalize on identified opportunities.

**The role**:

- Planning and creating a variety of paid search campaigns across Google Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and additional channels as required.
- Develop and implement local, regional, state, and national branding paid and Pay per click strategies.
- Monthly and quarterly digital reports, strategies and recommendations.
- Lead the team on creating quality ads, implementing, and monitoring multiple digital campaigns with a strong focus on quality, visibility, conversion rate optimisation and effective budget management.
- Work with our Digital Specialist to create and instal pixels, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing.

**About you**
- A degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a comparable work environment
- Experience working in a complex, fast-paced, and multi-faceted organisation.
- Experience across Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram Ads working with multiple clients at the same time
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing plans.
- A high level of organisational skills with the ability to adapt within a constantly changing environment.
- A 'can do’ positive outlook with a strong team focus

**Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week and based in our Centre Support Office in Brisbane (CBD).**
