**Role 1 Lubrication Technician| Key Responsibilities**
- Regular greasing and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Oil sampling for laboratory tests and infra-red temperature checks
- Managing bi-monthly maintenance and lubrication activities

**Role 1 Lubrication Technician | Skills & experience**
- Problem solving skills with a mechanical mindset
- Strong communicator with excellent analytical skills
- A commitment to workplace health and safety

**Role 2 Boiler / Kiln Operator | Key Responsibilities**
- Operate a range of machinery in the drying process of the production cycle
- Ensure machinery is maintained to operational standards
- Undertake quality control tasks

**Role 2 Boiler / Kiln Operator | Skills & experience**
- Attention to detail with experience working in a continuous production facility
- Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster
- Excellent communication skills

**Role 3 Saw Doctor | Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain sawing machinery and tools to a high standard
- The alignment, servicing and maintenance of sawing machinery across the production plant
- Ensure the smooth running of the plant with ongoing preventative maintenance

**Role 3 Saw Doctor | Skills & experience**
- Trade Certificate in Saw Doctoring
- Attention to detail and commitment to workplace health and safety
- Can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
