**About the Role**

In this 5-month fixed term role, you will be working closely with the Group Exec P&C, the National L&OD Manager, and key operational stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in the accelerated design and delivery of fine-tuning the foundations of our organisational development operating model, with a particular focus on talent management and leadership development.

You'll be at the forefront of driving impactful change, implementing cutting-edge frameworks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement as we transition to a future-ready way of working.

This is a hands-on role, requiring experience in framework co-design and program development, blended with hands on-activity to complete and embed our new OD platform.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Organisational development strategic planning
- The uplift of talent management, including being operationally responsible for the talent identification process, talent management programs, and building talent pipelines
- Implementing and embedding our new organisational development platform
- Co-designing of a new leadership development framework
- Co-designing of the new development planning process

**About You**

- Your key experience and skills include:_
- Experienced managing and executing on all areas of organisational development including strategic planning, talent management, leadership development and L&D
- Experienced in framework co-design and program development
- Ability to diagnose capability gaps/learning requirements and use these to design pragmatic solutions
- Experienced working in a complex business undergoing structural change
- You demonstrate exceptional proficiency in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
