Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient operation. Ensure the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction. Manage and resolve any operational issues or guest complaints promptly. Oversee and support the training and development of team members. Monitor and maintain standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. WA Approved Managers Card
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
