You will be working with a team of internal account executives, along with external sales account executives

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Managing a client portfolio, handling all ongoing client’s insurance / risk needs
- Ensuring all clients needs are identified and met by taking a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery, account management and account retention
- Providing consistent client updates and replies within agreed service timeframes
- Provide education on additional products and services where applicable and within your authority
- Create and use market opportunities to build business
- Negotiating with insurers and clients on risks outside of the underwriting guidelines
- Working to achieve individual and team financial targets

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Over 2 years of experience as an account executive
- Experience with business pack product
- Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualification
- Ability to connect with people and build trust
- Ability to solve problems creatively and show initiative
- Analyse information and data, to identify and prioritise opportunities
- Driven toward setting and achieving goals and making a difference
