**What We Require**:

- **Exceptional Interpersonal Skills**: We are seeking Mandarin-speaking individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills who can build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service. As a Property Consultant, you must be personable, approachable, and capable of establishing trust and credibility with clients.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Effective communication is key in this role. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
