**About the role**

Join us in the role of Associate Manager - Field Service, where you will be at the forefront of leading a team of dedicated field service engineers across multiple states in Australia. Your leadership will be crucial in driving their success, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering a culture of excellence. Through strategic resource allocation, training, and effective people management, you will guide the team to surpass challenges, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to our business growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Directly supervise frontline field service employees, providing mentoring, support and training
- Assist National Field Service Manager in region growth, employee development, and performance
- Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to technicians
- Manage resources for adequate coverage and customer needs
- Collaborate with Sales and RSM's to address customer requirements
- Maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
- Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools and inventory management

**Experience**:

- Degree in Engineering and working experience in a technical/field service role
- People leadership experience managing remote field based teams
- Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience analysing data and improving processes within an engineering team
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Ability to build strong trusted relationships with stakeholders
