Our client is an award-winning Financial Services firm that has been servicing their highly established client base for over 20 years. They are passionate about providing a range of services for their clients so that they can achieve their long-term financial goals.

**The Role**:
Our client is seeking a Receptionist to join the team. You will be the first point of contact greeting clients as well as providing administrative support to the wider team. This role requires a someone who takes a real pride in their work, with excellent time management and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include:

- Direct point of contact for clients
- Answering phone calls
- Meet and greet of clients
- Diary management
- Preparation for client meetings
- Booking of client meetings on behalf of Advisors
- Adhoc administrative duties

**About You**:

- Previous Reception or Administrative experience within a corporate environment
- Confident and personable phone manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Strong attention to detail and can think on your feet.
