The role is a fixed term contract to 30 June 2023, with the opportunity for extension.

**Role and Responsibilities**

Responsible for ensuring campaign moments are supported effectively and executed in a way that delivers best practice experience for customers. As well as highlighting business priorities, the Content Manager is an integral role working alongside a high volume of Coles stakeholders. The role is responsible for planning, briefing, and managing the publishing of content to support each of the campaign moments on an ongoing basis.

**Tasks include**:

- Being the key point of contact for the website content within multiple Coles squads (teams) to ensure all content requirements are captured and planned for
- Managing and prioritising resources through effective planning and briefing of business requirements
- Owning the management and ongoing maintenance of content calendars, workflows and progress trackers
- Liaising with multiple business stakeholders including design teams, eCommerce, and any other stakeholders as necessary
- Ensuring relevant and timely approvals of content within the business, including adherence to Coles branding, digital and technical requirements
- Assisting with content publishing as and when required

- Stakeholder management and engagement
- A team player with experience in agile working environments
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Ability to plan, brief and execute complex business requirements on-site
- A sound understanding of the Microsoft and Google
- A good understanding of on-page SEO and UX
- Excellent attention to detail
- An innovative mindset that is always looking for continual improvement opportunities
- Great time management skills
- A genuine interest in content and food media
- CMS experience (AEM preferred)
