Executive Assistant

**About the role**:
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced Sydney office on a part-time basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in bookkeeping and working with external accountants.
- Assist in booking sales meetings (from inbound leads), follow up sales opportunities and assist in preparing proposals.
- Assist in marketing activities and co-ordinate with offshore marketing resources.
- Assist operations / customer success team in project coordination.
- Answering phone calls and 1st level support.
- General administration and other ad-hoc duties (as required).
**About you**:
You will possess the following attributes:
- Minimum 2 years EA or secretarial experience.
- Strong knowledge of XERO or similar accounting software.
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Excellent listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-driven, able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- An adaptable and flexible nature.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Education**:
- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- EA or Secretarial: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Work Location: In person
