**About the role**
Reporting to the Franchise Governance Manager, the Employment Consultant is responsible for leading recruitment efforts for head office and corporate club locations across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll support both corporate staff and franchisees in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent while ensuring recruitment processes align with company policies and legal standards. This is a full-time position.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and head office positions.
- Guiding franchisees through recruitment best practices and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting performance management, disciplinary processes, and employment negotiations
**About You**
You are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition, with experience in managing hiring processes from start to finish. You understand the importance of compliance and best practices in recruitment and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, from corporate teams to franchise owners. You’re a problem solver, a strong communicator, and enjoy a dynamic work environment.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, human resource consultancy/management or similar, preferably in multi-site operations or franchising.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and advise franchisees and corporate leaders.
