**About the Role**
- Support individuals and enrich communities
- Opportunities to work with clients in their own homes and out in the community
- Help provide independence for an individual
- Daily tasks may include laundry, bed making, housekeeping, cleaning bathrooms, transportation of clients to appointments/shopping, social support, and companionship

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Minimum of Certificate III (or equivalent) in Aged Care/ Individual Support / Disability / Home and Community Care or in related disciplines ,
- Current National Police Certificate, NDIS Worker, WWCC clearances *_or willingness to obtain_
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current valid Driver's Licence & reliable, fully insured vehicle *_willingness to transport clients using own vehicle_
