**About the Role**

As a Disability Support Worker on our dedicated team, you will be at the heart of our mission, providing personalized, comprehensive care that truly respects the wishes and needs of each client.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
**Assistant with Daily Living**:You will provide support with personal hygiene tasks such as showering, toileting, and grooming. Your empathy and respect in these moments can make a profound difference in our clients' well-being and self-esteem.

**Social Support**:You play a key role in enabling our clients to connect with their communities, providing transportation and companionship for appointments, shopping, and social outings. These activities are vital for fostering independence, social inclusion, and overall happiness.

**Supporting NDIS Goals**: As part of our commitment to person-centred care, you will work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals outlined in their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plans.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Individuals with a strong **empathy and resilience**, adept at thriving in demanding and dynamic environments.
- Must have your own vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to transport clients.
- Qualifications in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care are highly regarded.
- Ready to obtain a First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Working with Children’s Check, and a NDIS Worker Check.
- Excellent communicators with a compassionate nature and the ability to think on their feet.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $31.76 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
