**The Role**

Reporting to the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager, the Sales and Marketing Assistant will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities that expands across many facets of the company and the day to day functions.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:

- Assist with stock management for all marketing materials.
- Track and update the estate pricebook and auditing advertised lots
- Content plans and creation for social media platforms including site visits to capture video content.
- Maintain the Estate websites including builder portals ensuring all updates are actioned as required.
- Contribute towards articles and content for the Parcel website
- Ongoing competitor reviews and reporting and ensuring systems remains up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to Sales Managers, Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Coordinator as required.
- Ensuring product knowledge remains current and up to date including land availability.

**You**
- Degree in Marketing or similar
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work both, autonomously and effectively as part of a team
- Strong PC skills, experienced in the Microsoft suite of products
- Outgoing and friendly personality, with a willingness to be part of a team
- Use of own vehicle
- Previous experience in property and/or real estate will be highly regarded.
