**ABOUT ACCESS YOUR SUPPORTS**
Access Your Supports is a Geelong based organisation that provides support and services to eligible participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). With offices in Geelong, Colac and Mildura and over 180 employees, AYS is dedicated to ensuring participants have choice and control to best assist them to achieve their NDIS goals.
AYS Director Ralph Menchise has brought together a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about positive participant outcomes. Not only does Access Your Supports deliver quality support services and empower participants to achieve their life goals with the services available to them under the NDIS, Access Your Supports will also work closely with participants to implement a plan that will work.
**SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- The IT Support Officer is responsible for providing the first point of contact for staff experiencing ICT issues.
- Supporting all aspects of IT systems and services.
- Liaising with IT and system contractors
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ongoing customisation of of AYS’ CRM (FlowLogic) in collaboration with the developers, Datanova, and AYS Corporate Services Manager and other key staff
- Liaise with AYS’ external IT management contractor (Evologic) which may include (but not limited to) tasks such as: logging support tickets, making requests for new users, requests for removing users, requests for new hardware
- Liaise with AYS HR Team regarding IT requirements for staff
- Attend new employee induction session and provide IT support
- Monitor IT Support inbox
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organisations as required.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
**Mandatory**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to exercise judgment and to work under pressure, with competing deadlines and priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in providing help desk services.
**Desired**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or significant technical knowledge of Information Technology
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team as well as independently
- Prior experience working in the disability industry
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the disability sector.
