Suncorp Group have an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking to gain valuable experience in customer identification (Applicable Customer Identification Procedures (ACIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) at onboarding for complex non-individual customers - which underpins Suncorp’s obligation to Protecting Our Customers.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing KYC compliance practices within Business Banking.

**What you’ll do**
- Perform ACIP and KYC for non-individual customers at onboarding for complex non-individual customer entity structures i.e., trusts and multiple layers of beneficial owners.
- Support customers via outbound (and inbound) calls with Business Banking account openings, enquiries and processes while balancing team, customer, risk and performance outcomes.
- Support KYC compliance and risk teams with Regulatory activities, including discrepancy management, investigation, analysis and compiling of information as required for specific requests.
- Support the uplift of KYC knowledge within frontline teams.
- Perform quality monitoring in relation to KYC and complex entities.
- Embed a positive change culture through the ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipate the impact on both the team and self.
- Promote risk awareness and management through compliance effectiveness and mitigation of risk and regulatory obligations.

**What you’ll bring**
- Compliance experience required, specific to KYC (mandatory)
- Experience in a frontline banking and/or contact centre operations.
- Proven experience in a customer focused environment.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in supporting organisational change across teams.
