**The Role**:
This role has job security and will work on a newly secured contract managing Vegetation Scopers across our powerlines division covering areas such as Central Victoria and North Eastern Melbourne.

You will manage and facilitate day-to-day operations of the Scoping team through the daily tasks set out by the Senior Scoping Supervisor. The Scoping Supervisor is to provide support and maintain compliance through regular auditing of the vegetation work for regulatory requirements, quality and WHS. You will provide daily supervision and support to the crews, alongside assessing, planning, and building client relationships.

This role would suit an organised and self-motivated individual.

**What we need from you**:

- A current and unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Cert II ESI Powerline Vegetation Control is essential
- Cert III Horticulture/Arboriculture is highly desirable
- Open to travel and working away from home trips
- Industry knowledge of local tree species, tree maintenance and tree removal
- Ability to undertake basic Tree Assessments utilising the ground based Visual Tree Assessment method
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information
- Technologically savvy with the ability to use tablets, windows and Microsoft Office suite
- Supervisor, mentoring and coaching experience
