We are seeking a motivated, flexible and talented Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our team.
- Assist the Accounts Officer with:

- Daily banking and receipting
- Reconciling trust bank accounts
- Disbursement of funds to vendors and landlords
- Preparation of End of Month reports and Financial Year statements
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Answering phone calls and preparing general correspondence
- Providing administrative support across other areas including property management and maintenance, as required.

What you will bring to the role:

- Experience in real estate trust accounting - commercial real estate background is a bonus
- Advanced administration and data entry skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- SALARY AND CONDITIONS TO BE NEGOTIATED BASED ON SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
