**Your new role**
As the Communication Support Officer, You will provide quality administrative support to help resolve issues that have an impact on the day-to-day delivery of the project.

The responsibilities of the Communications Support Officer will generally include:

- Communications management: including preparing and responding, and/or assisting in the preparation of, responses to queries, a suite of documents or response templates, including reports, PPT presentations, briefing notes, submissions and correspondence
- Provide communications support services including data base administration, word processing, office logistics support, correspondence tracking, file management and electronic mail.
- Organising of meetings and workshops, including preparing, collating and disseminating consistently high quality and accurate paperwork and documents in a timely manner, such as agendas, minutes, management and performance reports; making room bookings and preparing the room prior to meetings; administering attendee lists; and secretariat support as required, to support the effectiveness of these meetings.
- Be responsive to ad-hoc requests for support, including escalating to ensure the efficient management of requests so that high priority and/or critical issues are immediately directed with accompanying relevant background information to the appropriate officer for action.

- Demonstrated experience managing workflows
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite
