**About You**

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Manager Corporate Information Systems, you will be responsible for the leadership and day-to-day supervision of a team of information technologists that develop and support the Corporate Information Systems environment. You will use technical expertise to resolve complex IT problems and guide staff through implementing new technical enhancements.

**About UniSA Information Strategy and Technology Services**

Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS), which has the primary strategic and operational responsibility for the provision of the UniSA’s considerable IT infrastructure and services has approximately 150 staff in 8 key areas.

ISTS is customer focussed and operated a service management framework based on AS8018 and provides seamless 24 x 7 x 52 service to students and staff. Information Strategy and Technology Services has a commitment to staff development and provides a professional environment in which to work.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Experience leading a team of developers and system administrators including mentoring staff
- Substantial experience in the architecture, design, development and support of Corporate Information Systems
- Commitment to, the use and support of project management methodologies and quality procedures along with a practical knowledge and demonstrated experience in using a service management framework, particularly in relation to incident, change and problem management
- Demonstrated experience in developing and documenting policies and strategies to enhance and promote the delivery and support of corporate information systems
