About You
You are a hardworking and motivated Systems Analyst with excellent time management and the ability to maintain high productivity with mínimal supervision.
You understand and commit to a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
About the role
You will be responsible for providing functional expertise and supporting critical business activities related to the University's core Student Management System, Enterprise CRM system, and related systems that govern the student life cycle.
Your role is critical to ensuring day-to-day stability and functioning of systems to meet the needs of the business, in conjunction with technical support from the Student Lifecycle Systems team.
It is key in supporting Operational Projects to ensure systems remain stable, technically up to date and secure, and in supporting the business through routine upgrades and updates as required.
About Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS)
Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS) has the primary strategic and operational responsibility for the provision of the UniSA's considerable IT infrastructure and services.
With approximately 150 staff in 8 key areas ISTS contributes to the University's strategic goals and objectives by providing University wide IT support for staff and students.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification (normally a degree) or demonstrated equivalent knowledge, experience and skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills and a high level of written skills to enable effective and appropriate communication with staff at all levels of a complex organisation
- Ability to successfully obtain client requirements, analyse business processes, identify risks and determine solutions that will meet the client and business needs
- Experience contributing to software development / implementation lifecycles and the development of user requirements, business process models, data dictionaries, user acceptance testing plans and user training materials
- Demonstrated experience in functional system configuration based on user requirements captured
