**Service Desk Analyst** **-** **( short term contract)**

**About the role**

**About you**
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests using a helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Assist with IT projects, such as software upgrades, hardware deployments, and network configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of software systems. Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an enterprise IT environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with ITIL service management framework is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
