**_This is a foundation role in brand new department that can lead to head of department as company grows_**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- This is a great opportunity for an experienced travel professional with excellent GDS and airfare skills to rebuild and grow their career with this fantastic international travel business
- Responding to flight enquiries and quoting fares by using Amadues GDS or other related airline systems
- Managing own workload, attention to detail, being proactive and responsible for high level group travel events with large passenger numbers
- Confirming GDS and airline group reservations along with ad-hoc flights and aircraft charters
- Ticket issue for groups and ad hoc flights through consolidator
- General Amadeus GDS management: Flight amends, exchanges, refunds, hotel bookings, and advanced passenger information
- Administration of all bookings including confirmations, contracts, flight summaries (internal doc), budgets, manifests, contingencies, financials and reconciliation as company processes

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Previous ticketing experience using a CRS and understanding of airline contracts
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven experience in Customer Service
- Excellent at multitasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
