The recruitment of this position constitutes part of the Randstad 'Recruitable Pilot' and is open only to applicants with disability. - Responsible for delivering end to end recruitment processes.

About the role:

- Deliver end to end recruitment process for the client group to meet current talent needs.
- Recruite professional roles, graduate roles and volume based recruitment as required.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide support
- Develop and implement sourcing initiatives including proactive identification to attract potential talents using Seek, Linkedin etc.
- Work closely with People & Culture teams to achieve desired workforce success

About you:

- Minimum 3 years vloume recruitment experience; advantageous if you have banking and finance industry experience, but not essential.
- Knowledge of employment laws, interview techniques and employee life cycle metrics.
- Ability to work autonomously within a close team.
- Located in either Melbourne, Bendigo or Adelaide.
