**Your Opportunity**
The role of the National Workplace Health and Safety Manager is to support and assist with the development and implementation of the Firm’s occupational health and safety programs, early Intervention injury management program, ensuring organizational compliance with National Work Health and Safety Acts, Regulations, workers compensation legislation and audit compliance requirements.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with providing executive reporting outcomes on KPMG’s health and safety performance and health score card
- Assist with the implementation of the Firm’s Wellbeing and Safety strategy
- Coordinate the compliance of KPMG’s work health and safety management system program nationally
- Managing the client safety program and audit compliance
- Coordinate KPMG’s workers compensation program and portfolio of claims
- Return to work coordination

- High quality understanding relating to all aspects of Risk Management, OH&S, Workcover, Return to Work, Insurance Claims and Legislative Compliance.
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or equivalent experience working within the mental health and safety related field
- Ability to administer and coordinate the National Workers Compensation program strategically to minimise costs and achieve early RTW outcomes.
- Specific experience and ability to proactively manage psychological injuries and claims is highly regarded.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience is preferred
