**What will you be doing?**

As Banquet Operations Manager, you are responsible for managing all banquets and events in the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest experience. You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Engage, motivate, train and develop team members to deliver the most reliable, friendly experiences for our guests
- Ensure that service, food and meeting space presentation for all conferences and events are of the highest standard
- Manage operating costs, identifying any areas for action
- Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and supplier
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement

**What are we looking for?**

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

- Record of success in Events Operations, specifically the ability to deliver great guest experience, build a strong and knowledgeable team, control operating costs, and build customer loyalty
- Exceptional communication skills

- Exceptional leadership skills to create a winning team
- Banquets and Events Operations experience in a managerial position in a hotel, restaurant or conference centre environment
