Program Manager

Our client, in the automotive industry, is looking for a Program Manager to join their team on a permanent basis to work in business critical initiatives including a new ERP system implementation.
**Key Deliverables**:
- Manage a major program of cross functional resources to ensure the delivery of a finance transformation program and ERP implementation.
- Develop and maintain realistic and achievable Project Management Plans, incorporating project deliverables, scheduling, budgeting and key project milestones.
- Manage a geographically diverse range of third-party vendors and business stakeholders
- Assign, delegate, communicate and coordinate project tasks and activities.
- Identify, manage, communicate and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Review and manage changes to the requirements through a formally defined scope change process including implications to project resources, schedules and budgets.
- Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed expectations.
- Participation in portfolio management activities, including financial management ad budgeting process.
**Key Skills**
- Extensive IT experience on a Program Manager/Project Management capacity
- experience with IT and Business Change projects.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Experience with ERP implementations - MS Dynamics 365 preferred.
- Well-practiced in business process change activities.
