**What this opportunity involves**:
The Marketing Coordinator will successfully contribute to the growth of income and value of the client’s assets through assisting the Community Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a strategic marketing and community engagement plan ensuring effective sales and traffic driving initiatives and development of differentiated marketing platforms to secure growth and profitability.

The role supports the interface between the shopping centre and the surrounding community, community groups, councils and local businesses to position each shopping centre as the heartbeat of the local community.

The Marketing Coordinator will assist to provide local insights to drive decision making and to champion our Client's vision to create spaces and experiences that meet the work, play, shopping and service needs of the community.
A snapshot of the role;
Assist in the development and implementation of tactical marketing plans that deliver an increase in sales and traffic
Assist the Marketing Manager to drive Community Engagement across the portfolio using social media insights to identify opportunities to engage with customers, local community groups, events, charities, and schools
Prepare marketing content for client presentations as required

**Initiate contact with key stakeholders, including**: centre and marketing management, centre staff and retailers, community groups and events promoters, advertising agencies and suppliers
Ensure consistency of the Client/JLL and centre’s image to consumers through print and digital channels

As Marketing Coordinator, you will naturally have working knowledge of both digital and social media. You will have a strong ability to demonstrate the added value that marketing activity provided to the performance of the centre. If you are motivated, can set targets for self and monitor and manage own performance with the guidance from their line manager then this is the role for you
Tertiary qualification - Marketing
Experience in digital and social media essential
