**Job Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic team player to join our Human Resources team on a full-time basis. Based at our Global Headquarters in Ormeau, you will work closely with the HR Manager on strategic and operational human resource management, to support the global business and people requirements and the development of a rewarding and high performing culture.

The HR team is small and dynamic and facilitates the employment lifecycle including recruitment and selection, training and development, organisational development, employee relations, remuneration and benefits and succession planning.

**The Role**

You will operate in a small, highly motivated and dedicated HR team where you will report to the HR Manager. As the HR Business Partner/ Advisor, you will support managers across the company, within Australia, the USA and Europe.

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Manage employee relation and industrial relations issues, escalating to the relevant senior manager as required.
- Provide strategic advice and input on HR/workforce management developments, options and opportunities that will support organisational success and minimise risk.
- Support the Management team to identify the optimum organisational structure and resourcing options for organisational success.
- Develop strategies and processes to define and deliver a successful, high performance organisational culture.
- Maintain and update a contemporary suite of employment contracts and related conditions for the global PWR business, including updating contracts for existing staff as required**.**:

- Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance of the HR System containing electronic employee records.
- Conduct induction presentations for all new employees and prepare information where needed.
- Provide support to the Management team for the systematic development of staff with the knowledge, skills and capabilities to fulfil their current role, and maximise their personal potential and value to the organisation.
- Reporting and analysis of people information and data as required.
- Support the recruitment processes by advertising vacant positions, arranging and attending interviews and participating in the selection process.
- Update HR policies and procedures, consistent with legal & business requirements.

**About you**

We're ideally looking for someone with:

- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Solid HR generalist and advisory experience, strong ER/IR knowledge including Award interpretation.
- Experience working in a dynamic business with significant growth plans
- Experience using an HR Information System
- A strong work ethic and a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgement and resilience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
