Long standing butcher shop in North Perth looking for a keen, genuine person to teach old school butchering skills and techniques.

Our product arrives as whole carcasses - an outstanding opportunity to learn the fine craft of butchering, the way it used to be done. Our shop is old school - we're not 'box butchers'. We have loyal customers and you'll learn who they are and what they like. After a while, you'll get customers asking for you personally

Opportunities like this don't come up often and if you are a bit of a 'foodie' with an interest in creating outstanding meat products, don't delay in contacting us.

Every day is different and is fast paced. You'll be part of a team that are passionate about their work and enjoy helping develop someone who shares that passion.

We work Monday to Saturday, this is a full time position paying above award rates for the right person - you'll need to be able to get to North Perth for a 7am start.
