**Your Role - Shape, Manage, Lead, Inspire**

As our Clents Product Development Manager, you will own the entire product development portfolio. You will drive strategy, oversee resource allocation, and ensure the product development pipeline brims with promising, well-planned projects awaiting execution.

Your role will involve steering a diverse, multi-skilled team to achieve outstanding departmental outcomes. Your unique blend of strategic vision, people leadership and financial acumen will propel our engineering division to the next level.

**Your Responsibilities - Making an Impact on a Global Scale**

In this critical role, you will navigate project timelines and resources to meet product requirements and project costs. Your robust financial and timing analyses will inform the future project planning. You will also craft transparent reporting tools for efficient interdepartmental and cross-divisional resource planning.

Your commitment to safety will ensure that our working environment meets all relevant legislation and regulations. As part of your managerial role, you will manage a diverse team, driving individual performance through accountability and example-based leadership.

We're searching for an individual with technical excellence in specific engineering disciplines (Mechanical; Mechatronic; Software/Computer Science), demonstrated competence in non-specialist engineering disciplines. You'll bring a deep understanding of technical/engineering and design principles.

You'll have a strong grasp of business, financial and strategic acumen, and proven facilitation skills. We expect a leader with outstanding negotiation and communication skills who can engage stakeholders, create a compelling vision for engineers, and execute large to medium projects with agility.
