**About the opportunity**

Fonterra is in an exciting period of transformation as we shift our existing RPO recruitment model in Australia and across our Global Markets to an in-house, internal recruitment function. This is your opportunity to join our Internal Talent Acquisition Team as we shape the recruitment function to attract, develop and retain people to progress their careers within Fonterra.

This is an exciting development opportunity and may incorporate some end-to-end recruitment activities on entry level positions, with support from the Recruitment Partner.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Posting job advertisements on specified channels
- CV and Phone Screening job applicants
- Assisting Talent Acquisition Recruitment Partners with database searches
