Our **Delivery Phase Services **team are building our national capability, with key projects predominantly focused on Renewable Energy. These are significant, multidisciplinary projects that will enable the Delivery Phase Services team to achieve outstanding results for our clients.

We’re looking for a **Talent Acquisition Business Partner **(part-time) to join on a fixed term contract to complement our People team and to further support the Delivery Phase Services (DPS) partners and anticipated growth within this market.

**Reporting to the Team Lead for Talent - WA and working with an energetic and impactful team (APAC), this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:
Assess and anticipate hiring trends and actively partner with the key internal customers to continuously develop recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines and pools for key positions whilst utilising a broad range of sourcing channels and techniques - including Project Engineers, Project Managers, Study Managers and Project Services roles
Leverage GHD’s marketing and branding to support talent attraction.
Provide training as required to Hiring Managers on all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process and GPS (Oracle) Talent Acquisition.

**What you will bring to the team**:
Significant talent acquisition experience (within the engineering/design/project consulting/contractor or professional services sectors)
Experience in deploying attraction and selection strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter
Outstanding communication and influencing/partnering skills, confidence with senior business leaders and technical authorities. Including credible experience in acting as a trusted advisor and using data to advise recruitment tactics & strategies to business leaders
A hardworking teammate eager to be part of a successful national centre of expertise, able to engage naturally and virtually
Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change
Tried system (Microsoft) and ATS capabilities
A brand ambassador who is eager to elevate GHD’s employment brand in the market.
