**Full time fixed term position for 12 months. Band 2.2 $64,812.80 plus 10.5% superannuation.**

The Dock Officer is a critical role in the smooth running of the Hospitality team. You will coordinate the dock functions, supplier relationships and the inventory to support the operations of the team across our iconic venues.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Experience in leading a team in a stock management environment
- Ability to prioritise workload, diagnose problems and resolve issues within set guidelines, unsupervised
- High computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs and stock management systems
- Sound communication skills
- Experience and knowledge of food safety and OH&S compliance
- Ensure wastage is minimised and recorded
- Full Victorian Drivers license required
