- About the Role- Nickel West currently have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Integrity Specialist to join their Governance Team based in Perth.- In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Support the Senior Asset Integrity Specialist in Asset Integrity Management activities across the NIW sites
- Providing guidance and expertise to site teams to ensure the Asset Integrity Management System implemented to the BHP global framework.
- Champion the NIW Asset Integrity Forum and routines relating to Asset Integrity
- Review and evaluate external tender scopes of work relating to Asset Integrity related projects
- Oversee external contractors executing works relating to Asset Integrity
- Be the point of contact for engineering technical support for the Asset Integrity team
- Ensure engineering standards and specifications are adhered to in the operations of the Asset Integrity team
- Provide guidance and support for the Various Asset integrity tools and resources including Power BI and defect register software
- Encourage and promote continuous improvement by constantly looking for opportunities to improve work practices and procedures
- About You- We have a strong focus on finding individuals with the right values, leadership capability, and communication skills. In addition to demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, you will have the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution-focused attitude.- As part of the Asset Integrity Management System team, the following attributes will be key to your success:
- Technical experience in the lifecycle of Integrity Management is desirable
- Demonstrated capabilities in effectively engaging with various levels and across Operations, Departments and Functions
- Strong organising and problem solving capabilities
- Well-developed communication skills and an ability to work with various stakeholders
- Strong MS Office skills
