We are a small engineering consultancy located in the heart of Parramatta on Church St. We are currently hiring for a full-time bookkeeper/office assistant to help out with day to day clerical work and account keeping.

**Your day to day duties will include**:

- Answering phone calls from clients and handling their inquiries
- Making and sending out invoices to clients + chasing them up when required
- Welcoming clients into the office
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Data entry + accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties as required

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience with MYOB and Microsoft Office **(MYOB required)**:

- Good organizational skills
- A confident and jovial approach with the ability to make conservation with our clients
- The ability to speak fluently on the phone **(English fluency required)**:

- A can-do attitude
- General front desk/reception/administration skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
- Accounting/Bookkeeping Qualifications.
- Mandarin (desirable but not required)

- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)

- English to a working proficiency (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- PARRAMATTA, NSW 2150 (required)
