**What you'll do**:

- We’ll need your swift hands and strong organisational skills to support with the printing, packaging and dispatch of physical tickets for Australian and New Zealand customers
- You’ll also manage the day-to-day operations with Klook’s selected logistics fulfillment partner

- Experience in operations / logistics and / or online order fulfillment roles preferred
- An organised and meticulous person with a love of process, routine and attention to detail
- A team player who always strives for excellence and best results possible
- A highly motivated person and able to work independently and autonomously

**Daily tasks**
- Monitor daily fulfillment center pending orders to be printed
- Review and cross-checking of customer and delivery details for any errors
- Printing JR Passes and enclose in Klook & delivery envelopes
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely delivery of orders
- Import orders into online courier order system
- Drop off orders at local post office for delivery
- Responsible for maintaining and ordering fulfillment stock and stationary
- Liaise with the central fulfillment team, central customer service team and local ANZ team about orders to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
