This is an exciting time to join the Service Experience directorate as we look to the future, knowing that service delivery and the way we all access, design, and build support services will be fundamentally different from today. **About You/ Role**

We're seeking a Lead Content Creator who is committed to industry-leading practice and can work alongside our talented digital content team to deliver innovative content solutions.

In this role you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering customer-centred learning content across a number of areas, including finance and accounting, human resources, student management, school operations and purchasing.

As a solution-focused individual with a keen eye for detail, you’ll be able to utilise your experience in the e-learning environment to support your stakeholders to develop engaging content while also identifying opportunities for improvement within our existing framework and structures. With your ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, you'll ensure that our content is delivered on time and to the highest standards.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience with a range of relevant technologies including Learning Management Systems, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Content Management Systems (CMS) and other relevant technologies.
- Have a deep understanding of the latest learning methodologies and be experienced in producing learning packages.
- Have a deep understanding of digital content creation principles, including usability, accessibility, and SEO, to develop and implement effective content strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality while ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
- Possess strong analytical skills to conduct research, analyse data, and track content performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimise content strategy.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications in either digital media, learning and instructional design or communications or related and/or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Hold a valid clearance for paid work with Children (Working with Children Check)
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
