**Our Client**:
Our Client is one of Sydney’s major providers of facilities management, with their broad capability encompassing all aspects of building maintenance and minor works, including disability modifications. Due to their expansion and continued growth, they now have a need for an administration Superstar. This role is a busy role and no two days are the same

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Contract administration and management.
- Provide support with project planning, organisation and reporting/debriefing.
- Provide assistance with troubleshooting as required.
- Promote and encourage a great rapport with Clients, tenants, management and colleagues- Maintain project documentation and project reporting
- Constantly liaise with work supervisors in regard to trade allocations and resources to ensure that all work orders are completed in the designated time frames.
- Extracting information from internal systems and adding to that information whilst maintaining up-to-date information.
- Provide administration support to supervisors and management.
- Provide and upload scheduled daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested by management.
- Assist in developing systems and protocols to ensure exceptional project delivery.
- Monitor, report and assist on all other project-related matters as required.
- Review work status and progress continuously throughout the day to maintain the continuity of jobs.

**Skills and Experience**
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in project support or administration essential
- Strong project administration and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent Customer service skills
- Posses an Eye for Detail
- Keen to learn and expand their industry knowledge.
- Must be able to work autonomously or as a part of the team
- Industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
