**How You’ll Shine**

In this position as the Rooms Division Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the resort. This position interacts with Club Wyndham owners, guests, all resort departments, vendors, the community and the corporate office as necessary as well as assisting with all resort related paperwork and assuming the role of manager in the Resort Manager’s absence.

You will also be responsible for building, developing, training and leading a team proactively to promote high levels of customer service.

**What You’ll Bring**

To be considered for this great opportunity it is essential that you have the following skills and attributes:

- Ideally, tertiary qualified in a related field, plus at least significant years experience in a senior hospitality management role. Tertiary qualifications can be substituted for a more solid background in hospitality management, with experience in the timeshare industry, as well as the marketing and management of short stay rental units
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business and oversee the work of others
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service to owners and guests
- Ability to develop and implement a budget and business plans
- Experience directing and coordinating schedules with projected workflow, within budget
- A talent for recognising and solving problems in the workplace
- Previous experience monitoring and reviewing team performance and budget against forecast
- Experience with implementing OH&S initiatives
- Valid driver’s license
- Hold, or be eligible to hold, a liquor license
- Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate
- RSA Certificate
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periods
- Having you own car/vehicle will be necessary due to this being a more remote location
