**About the role**

This is 12 month, maximum term full time role, location flexible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse business processes and conduct change impact assessments to inform the Change Management Plan
- Work with internal business areas to understand the change, execute the change, training and comms and monitor the results.
- Assist in planning the transition process from the current state to the future state
- Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders
- Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsors / advocates.
- Work with project teams / streams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in design, developing and delivering training on business processes and related IT Systems via electronic and digital channels
- Experience in previous Change Analyst roles identifying and analysing business impacts (resource, skills, training requirements) from updated or new business processes
- Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels in an organisation
- Demonstrated experience being flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Experience in developing training via e-Learning tools such as Articulate, Camtasia and WalkMe
- Demonstrated experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframe
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to consider strategic implications of decisions / actions
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills tailored to meet audience requirements
- Proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Demonstrated facilitation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive material, demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, and operate with integrity and honesty.
