We are located between Town Hall Station and St James Station, Sydney CBD.

The role will require applicants to be available to work mornings, days or nights and weekends.

As a dedicated Front Desk Guest Service Agent, you will be required to perform such duties as:

- Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure patrons expectations are met at all times.
- Attend to guest enquiries in an efficient, practical and professional manner ensuring guests are provided with a friendly, expedient service at all times.
- Understand the Club and Hotel’s customer base and their needs in order to improve the goods and services offered by the business.
- Be personally well-presented and uphold the established 10 Guest & Member Service Standards.
- Perform such duties as checking in arrival & checking out departure guests, attend to telephone enquiries, process deposits and account payments, arranging guest activities etc.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by the Front Office Manager, Operations Manager or General Manager.

**You will also have**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion exceeding guests expectations
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

An immediate start is available for induction, training and orientation.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
