**Role Profile**:
Financial Audits: Conduct thorough reviews of financial records, transactions, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Operational Audits: Assess operational processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the wider store network.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding assets and reputation.

Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for management to implement.

Education: You will possess either your CA, ACCA, or CPA, preferably in conjunction with a CIA qualification (Certified Internal Auditor, not a spy).

Experience: Prior experience in internal auditing is essential to be successful. Knowledge of retail industry practices and regulations is advantageous.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively and to present to all levels of management and staff.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation.
