**Primary Purpose of Role**

Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities of the Assurance Auditor include the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of the BGIS Quality processes, reporting and auditing regime to ensure a high quality and consistent service is provided to our customers.
- Be agents of change throughout the delivery of Quality Assurance across the Account, working proactively to deliver a consistently validated as qualitative and meets all requirements
- Ensure Policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders

**Key Accountabilities**
- Coordinate the implementation of quality assurance activities across client sites
- Prepare auditing schedules, audit templates and quality standards to monitor and control quality of services provided to the client
- Work Closely with Service Line Managers to maintain processes, procedures, and records to ensure that current best practice and ISO 9001 accreditation is achieved and maintained
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of audit activities, findings, and decisions in accordance with policies and procedures and maintain the Quality Management Systems
- Assist with the management of Internal and External Audits
- Conduct work activities in accordance with proper procedures, equipment, and training and in accordance with BGIS Management system
- Report hazards, unsafe work practices, near misses, or incident immediately to your HSE.
- Manage the contract and service delivery in accordance with Contract KPI’s & client expectations of your role.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with the wider BGIS team including the following:

- Stakeholders at all levels of the BGIS team.
- All members of Client service delivery teams; and
- Other remaining stakeholders including support consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven experience conducting HSEQ audits
- Knowledge of Hazard Management principles
- Knowledge of AS/NZS ISO 9001 - Quality Management Systems - Requirements.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 - Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems and AS/NZS ISO 14001 - Environmental Management Systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of legislative requirements, industry compliance and accreditation standards
- Experience in construction, property management or facility management industries
- Well-developed verbal and written communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Intelex and Avetta systems (preferable)
- Tertiary qualifications in Quality Auditing, WHS and Environmental Management or a related discipline (at a minimum, Certificate IV in WHS)
