Long-Term Professional Airbnb Cleaner Needed for Apartment in Surfers Paradise

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Thoroughly clean the apartment between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
- Supply and replace fresh linen and towels for each new guest.
- Restock consumables such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and other essentials.
- Ensure all appliances and amenities are in working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Conduct a general inspection after each cleaning to ensure the apartment meets our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

**Requirements**:

- Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Must be fully insured for cleaning services.
- Previous experience in cleaning Airbnb or short-term rental properties is highly desirable.
- Ability to provide and launder fresh linen and towels.
- Ability to supply necessary consumables for guests.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Availability to clean the apartment at short notice between guest stays.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with the property manager.

**Location**: Surfers Paradise, QLD

**Payment**: Competitive rate, negotiable based on experience and services provided. Payment will be made per clean with the possibility of additional bonuses for exceptional service.
